Montenegro elections: Something to comment?

Montenegro is a young country. I have some doubts if I can classify Montenegro as a young democracy, but let's consider that it is. This part of the old Yuguslavia has too many problems to solve that it's kind of difficult  to talk about them without remember bad moments in history.

But on last Sunday Montenegro voters went to the ballots to elect the "new" government. It is not exactly new because the same government is in power in the last two decades. But now at least Milo Djukanović doesn't have majority to govern by "himself".

This election was the third one since Montenegro gained independence from Serbia in 2006, and although it's the same government, there are no vote rigging official reports.
The European Montenegro coalition has won 45.6% of the vote, or 39 out of 81 seats in the future parliament, according to the results released by the monitoring group which counted nearly 95% of the ballots. The lead opposition party Democratic Front was second with 23.7%, or 20 parliamentary seats, followed by the pro-Serb Socialist People's party with 10.5% of the vote, or nine seats.
The main proposal is about Montenegro join the EU, and this new coalition is strongly together for this aim. Let's wait how the opposition will behave in this process.
